Support
Write to us at [email protected]. A person on our team reads every message, and we reply in English within two working days (Monday to Friday, Cyprus time).
1. Report a bug
Email [email protected] and include as much of this as you can:
- the game, and the version shown in its main menu or settings;
- what happened, what you expected to happen, and the steps that lead to the problem;
- screenshots or a short video, if they help to show it;
- your operating system, processor, graphics card and memory (in Steam: Help › System Information);
- log or save files, if we ask for them.
Please do not send your Steam password or payment details — we never need them.
2. Common fixes
The game does not start or crashes
- Check the game’s system requirements on its Steam store page.
- Verify the game files: in your Steam Library, right-click the game › Properties › Installed Files › Verify integrity of game files.
- Update your graphics driver from NVIDIA, AMD or Intel, and install pending Windows updates.
- Temporarily turn off overlays and screen recorders other than Steam’s, and add the game’s folder to your antivirus exceptions if it blocks the game.
Saves are missing on another computer
- Make sure Steam Cloud is on: Steam › Settings › Cloud, and in the game’s Properties › General.
- If Steam reports a cloud conflict, choose the save with the most recent date.
3. Purchases and refunds
Our games are sold through Steam, so payments and refunds are handled by Valve. You can request a refund through Steam Support under the Steam refund policy — normally for any reason within 14 days of purchase and with less than 2 hours of playtime. We cannot see or change your payment details or your Steam account.
If a game does not work as described, write to us as well: we will try to fix the problem, and your legal rights as a consumer always apply (see the EULA).
4. Community and news
Once a game’s Steam page is live, its discussion forums and news on Steam are the best place for questions, suggestions and announcements of updates and fixes.
5. Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, write to [email protected]. We answer within one month. Data about your Steam account is held by Valve; ask Steam Support for it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
6. Security issues
If you found a security vulnerability in one of our games or on this website, please report it privately to [email protected] with “Security” in the subject, rather than in a public forum. See also our security.txt.
